An even gentler stroll

We want to be careful not to overdo things and risk a temporary sprain or something. So a gentle day today. Mooch around the van for the morning. Wander up to the village shop for a paper and then on to the local coffee shop. Except it wasn't a regular coffee shop, it was the area's education centre for adults with learning disabilities, just like Tyddon Môn in Anglesey, where we recently attended Folk On The Farm. Good to be able to patronise them, if only to the tune of a couple of cups of coffee.

The week itself was a gentle 3 and a half mile stroll around the base of a mountain. Very flat and easy going compared to yesterday's walk. Not many photo opportunities either but another nice tree
