The Fleece

A new blog this, it probably won't have as much to say, nor be written as often but it will be a vehicle for me to explore photography via my new camera, a Panasonic GX-80, which is the ideal travel camera for me, not much bigger than a normal pocket point and shoot but with four-thirds lenses and the complexity and control of a full DSLR.

Anyway, day one, Southampton to Bretforton via a shopping trip in Evesham - where I didn't bother to take the camera and so missed out on pictures of the abbey.

The Fleece is a fantastic pub, good beers and one of THE best steak pies I've eaten (and I've have a few!). Overnighted in their orchard for a tenner. Wouldn't advise it if you have a van bigger than ours though.
